A few words about us
Braemar’s history.
During the gold Rush of 1988, the owners of Braemar Construction made the budding community of Elko their home. Since that time Howard Schmidt, Dusty Shipp and the team at Braemar have worked hard to build families across Northern Nevada their dream homes.
“It has always been our intent to provide quality and value to our customers,” Howard Schmidt.

Braemar crew installed insulation in our shop. Good product, friendly workers, no mess and completed on time as scheduled. The office staff were awesome too!
I had them install a water softener and RO system. All my questions were answered quickly. The bid was complete and easy to understand. They were very accommodating to how I wanted it installed. The work was done on time and very professionally. After installation, the instructions for operation and maintenance were explained in a way I could understand. Everyone that I worked with were professional and friendly.
